A tragic incident unfolded in a Woodside apartment where a 25-year-old man with autism was found fatally stabbed. Bryan Wong, who celebrated his birthday on the same day, was discovered by his father shortly before 9 a.m. on Wednesday. Police reports indicate that he suffered injuries to his wrists and neck with multiple knives located at the scene.
Wong, described as non-verbal, was pronounced dead at the location. His father also reportedly found a note, though its contents and authorship remain unclear. Authorities suspect that Wong’s 62-year-old mother may have attacked him before attempting to end her life by jumping from an overpass, resulting in severe injuries. The family has a long-standing history in the neighborhood, although they were not well known to residents. A thorough investigation is still in progress and no arrests have been made.
