The New York Giants are having an unexpectedly successful season, leading the NFC East, but they are facing injury challenges. With quarterback Jaxson Dart and wide receiver Malik Nabers sidelined recently, concerns arose when running back Cam Skattebo was limited in practice due to a shoulder injury. However, Skattebo appears unfazed by the situation.
He stated he has informed the offensive coordinator that he is prepared to play against the Washington Commanders this Sunday. “Yeah, I already told Coach Nags, ‘Just give me the ball, we’ll be fine,'” Skattebo mentioned. Although dealing with some muscle tightness earlier, he assured that it has resolved, and wearing a no-contact jersey was merely a safety precaution. With 235 rushing yards and one touchdown in four games this season, his tenacity remains a vital asset for the Giants.
